We are a company dedicated to the distribution of raw materials for general industry. History

DIVSA was established in 1984. Its main activity was the development of foreign investment projects in our countries; which was satisfactorily conducted until 1992 when the company decided to turn its business strategy into the distribution of raw material through the representation of foreign companies.

The first office of the DIVSA group was established in Guatemala, where the main office for the Central American Region is located. We also hold offices and warehouses in El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Miami, Florida.

The DIVSA group is considered a major leader in the distribution of specialty chemical raw materials in Central America, and one of the most important companies in the distribution of general chemical raw materials.

Infrastructure

Because distribution is our key function as a company, DIVSA has commercial offices and warehousing in the Central American and Caribbean region: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Miami, Florida. Each country stocks the relevant inventory to cater to the market's needs.

In Guatemala we are also equipped with a laboratory, where we study/test our materials applicable to the cosmetic, food and home care industries, as well as a market research department.

With the purpose of optimizing resources, we have centralized in Guatemala a series of administrative operations such as:
